PENNANT RACE BATTLE HEATS UP … Vets host New Hamburg Friday !!

The Navy Vets enter the final 2 weekends of the regular season in a pennant race battle with the New Hamburg Firebirds !!
The Vets trail the Firebirds by 1 point after losing in New Hamburg last Friday night to drop out of 1st place after 21 straight weeks in top spot since the start of the season.
Both teams have 4 games left in the regular season.
The Navy Vets host the Firebirds at Southwood Arena this Friday night.
Friday’s game will be HUGE and key in deciding the pennant winner and possible playoffs 1st round bye.
A Vets win in regulation time will put them back in 1st place up by 1 point … A Vets OT win would leave the teams tied.
On the other hand a Vets loss in regulation would put them 3 points back and an OT loss would leave them 2 points back.
