Vets await SF opponent !!

The Navy Vets beat Paris Titans 5-2 at Southwood on Friday night to advance to the Doherty Division SF after a 4-1 series win !!
The Vets now will need to await the outcome of Monday night’s game in Tavistock, with the Braves hosting Hespeler Shamrocks in Game#7 of their QF series after a 7-1 Braves win in Hespeler on Sunday, to find out who their SF opponent will be.
The 1st place pennant winners New Hamburg Firebirds had a bye in the 1st round and also await a SF opponent.
Norwich Merchants booked their Final Four spot with a Game#7 QF win on Sunday afternoon at Nor-Del Arena over defending PJHL Schmalz Cup Champions Wellesley Applejacks.
Regardless of the outcome of Monday night’s game the Vets will have a “Battle of Hwy 59” matchup … meeting either Tavistock or Norwich !!
