Former Navy Vets long-time scorekeeper Glenn Vollmershausen passed away on July 28th in Woodstock Hospital.

WAYNE MAXNER
Hockey legend and former Woodstock Renegades head coach Wayne Maxner has passed away at the age of 80 in Clinton. Maxner coached the Renegades during the 2008-09 Niagara District Junior C Hockey League season compiling a 20-16 record before losing in the SF. Maxner resigned after 1 season citing work (as a car salesman in Woodstock) and family commitments. Maxner had a lengthy NHL career as a player in Boston and coach in Detroit, and then became a OHL junior coach in Windsor and London before being named the Renegades coach in the summer of 2008.
