The Vets recorded at least 29 wins for just the 7th time in the team’s 59-year history.
They had a 5-game win streak twice during the season and once to start the playoffs … and lost more than 2 in a row only once when they lost 4 consecutive games early in the season.
They attracted over 19000 regular season & playoffs fans for only the 2nd time in team history.
Owen Ireton became only the 16th player in team history to score 99 points (reg.season & playoffs) in a season.
Ireton and Cooper Vickerman both scored over 30 goals.
Charley Barnes became only the 3rd regular defenceman in team history to score 20 goals in a season and 4th to record 50 points.
Tyler Bouck became the Vets career leader (reg.season & playoffs) in all 4 main goalie categories – 129 games, 79 wins, 16 shutouts, and 18 assists.
Nolan Brett reached the 200 career games and 100 career goals plateaus … moving into the team’s top 20 all-time leaders lists in career goals (102), career assists (146), and career points (248).
Jordan Thomson played in his 200th career game while Rhylan Warford played his 150th career game … Connor Stanley, Brodie Kearns, Tyler Bouck, Charley Barnes, and Tate McKenna all played their 100th career game.
Adam Wallace moved into 6th place all-time for games coached (150) and coaching wins (77).
6 players made their junior debuts this season with the Vets and became regulars with the team – Will McGregor, Colin Shaw, Ethan Markle, and Kobe Nadalin … while 2 APs from last season became regulars this season, Kingston McPherson and Austin Doolittle … although Doolittle was later released and Shaw was released to an AP … other APs who made their 1st appearances during the season with the team were Josh Cook, Parker Finbow, Nyle Diefenbacher, and Ashton Yallup.
